WHAT IS THE BOWL-A-THON?

The Bowl-A-Thon is one of JA’s annual fundraisers that enables participants to have a great time while raising money for Junior Achievement.  Each night of the event, local companies join together for an evening of fun, fundraising, and a little friendly competition.

Funds received through the Bowl-A–Thon help provide over 4,500 students in Erie, PA with JA programs about Work Readiness, Entrepreneurship, and Financial Literacy, not to mention you’ll have a great time!

 

HOW TO GET INVOLVED:

  1. Join a team with 4 or 5 other bowlers.
  2. Obtain donations from sponsors to bowl in the event (friends, family, etc.).        *Donation minimum per team is $250 (Donations are not per pin)
  3. Turn in your donation tally sheet and money raised to your team captain on or before the day of the event.
  4. Come to Greengarden lanes to participate in a night of fun and fundraising! No bowling experience needed!

* Numerous prizes will be awarded throughout the night. Take a spin on our prize wheel!

* GetGo Raffle: Supporters will receive an entry to win $2,500 in GetGo gas cards for every $10 donation. The more you donate the better your chances are to win!
